About
Photographic notes:
The photographs published on this website were taken with several Nikon DSLR cameras (Nikon D300, D700, D3). For underwater photography I housed my cameras initially in Hugyfot (HFN-D300), later in Seacam housings (Seacam silver Nikon D300 / D3/D3X). To illuminate the underwater scenery I used a single Hartenberger 250 digital TTL flash, later a pair of Seacam Seaflash 150 digital, mounted on strobe arms from Ultralight Control Systems and Subtronic.
To obtain photographs from different angels and perspectives I use the following lenses:
- Sigma 15 mm F2,8 EX DG Fisheye
- AF Fisheye-NIKKOR 16 mm 1:2,8D
- AF-S DX Zoom-NIKKOR 12-24 mm 1:4G IF-ED
- AF-S Nikkor 17-35 mm 1:2,8D ED
- AF-S Zoom-NIKKOR 24-70 mm 1:2,8G ED
- AF Micro-NIKKOR 60 mm 1:2,8D
- AF-S Micro-NIKKOR 60 mm 1:2,8G ED
- AF-S VR Micro-NIKKOR 105 mm 1:2,8G
- AF-S VR Zoom-NIKKOR 70-200 mm 1:2,8G IF-ED.
To extend the focal length or to restrict the angle of my lenses I use a Kenko TC Teleplus MC 1,5x teleconverter. With my macro lenses and rectilinear lenses I use the Nikon 5T and B&W +2/+3/+4 diopte close-up lenses.
Other equipment I use is listed here:
Magic-Filters, Polarisation-Filter, UV-Filter, ND-Filters, Tripod Manfrotto 055MF4 Magfiber, Nikon SB-800 Flashlight, Novoflex Magic ball, Low-Epro bags.
